The biggest thing that I wish I knew before going to Disneyland was how much standing I would have to do. For most of the shows, fireworks, Fantasmic!, World of Color and parades you will be standing. There are no bleachers or seats, unless you count sitting on the ground. At the end of a long day in the parks just know that you won’t have a seat to rest in and you will be standing to watch the nighttime shows or parades.

There are several different types of complimentary transportation for guests to use during their stay at Walt Disney World Resort, but certain types of transportation may not be ideal for all guests. We’re going to look at the different transportation types and who they are best suited for and who might want to choose a different transportation type. 

Park Hopper tickets are add-ons to base tickets that allow guests to visit more than one park in a day. They are available at both Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort. Choosing whether to add these to your base ticket depends on your travel style and whether it fits into your family’s planned itinerary. 

Cruising is one of the best vacations to take. It incorporates the thrill of being at sea with the opportunity to visit new or favorite places. There are many different types of activities available onboard for cruisers of all ages, from pools, water slides,spa treatments and lounging to trivia, bingo, live music and game shows. When it comes to food, there is something for everyone- comfort food, signature restaurants and everything in between. Cruisers will also get to enjoy some of the best entertainment around. 

During your visit to the Disneyland Resort you are most likely going to need a break at some point during your day. I have scoped out some of the quietest resting spots in both parks as well as the Disneyland Resorts.

The first difference is the number of parks. In Walt Disney World there are 4 parks, 2 water parks and Disney Springs. Disneyland has 2 parks and Downtown Disney.
