The Wake

Elegant and dramatic, The Wake brings a glamorous, steakhouse-meets-seafood vibe to the aft of the ship. Think oysters, lobster, and perfectly prepared steaks served alongside sweeping ocean views. I have eaten at this restaurant on both of the sailings I have done on Virgin Voyages, this has been my favorite on both sailings, you do not want to leave this off your list! If there is a night you want to dress up a little this would be the night to do it!

Extra Virgin

For Italian done right, Extra Virgin delivers handmade pastas, fine cheeses, and a wine list that will make any foodie swoon. Do not miss the dessert options, I will not give it away but what I will say is that the options are absolutely delicious and definitely not something you want to miss out on.

Gunbae

This lively Korean BBQ is more than a meal—it’s a party. Tables are built for grilling, so you’ll cook your own cuts of meat, play traditional drinking games, and leave with new friends and a full stomach. One thing to note here just so you don;t get caught off guard....like we were :-) You will be put at a table with other sailors, you will not have a table to yourself unless you are traveling with a group. Don’t let this stop you from trying the restaurant, the experience is super fun and the food is very adventurous.

The Test Kitchen

Part science lab, part dining experience, The Test Kitchen offers a multi-course menu with a twist. Each dish feels like an experiment, designed to surprise and delight your taste buds. I have done this with a small party as well as a group and both times we had so much fun laughing and trying everything completely out of our comfort food zone. Make sure to either eat before or [lan to eat after because you will not be full after the experience however it will be memorable, take lots of pictures, you will want proof the experience.

Razzle Dazzle

Playful and colorful, Razzle Dazzle leans plant-forward but isn’t afraid of indulgence (there’s even a “naughty” menu). With options ranging from healthy bowls to fried chicken, it’s a brunch favorite and Instagram hotspot.

Pink Agave

Inspired by the streets of Mexico City, Pink Agave serves bold, modern Mexican cuisine. Expect elevated tacos, tamales, and tequila cocktails that taste like vacation in a glass.The food here is scrumptious, I can’t stop thinking about the street corn and all of the flavors that surround every dish they serve.

The Galley

Forget traditional buffets—the Galley is a modern food hall with something for everyone. Sushi rolls, ramen, tacos, burgers, salads, and even an all-day breakfast counter make it the ultimate go-to spot when you can’t decide what you’re craving (or when you just want a little of everything).

Lick Me Till Ice Cream

Yes, you read that right. Virgin Voyages brings whimsy to dessert with their cheekily named Lick Me Till Ice Cream. Open late and always free, this little parlor serves up handcrafted scoops in rotating flavors that keep you coming back night after night. It’s the perfect sweet ending (or midday treat) to your Brilliant Lady adventures.
