Meeting Characters at Walt Disney World during COVID

Many guests love the experience of getting to meet and talk to their favorite Disney characters while visiting the parks.  Through the pandemic, this is one opportunity that had to drastically change for the safety of the characters and Disney guests.However, Disney is always looking for creative ways to provide magical experiences.  And they did just that with the characters.  While cavalcades are a great way to see characters in all the parks, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and EPCOT offer other opportunities.  In place of previous, character meet and greets, characters now pop up at distanced locations in most of the parks.Here are some of the characters you can find:Magic Kingdom:

• Frontierland- Chip & Dale and the Country Bears can be found above the Country Bear Jamboree

• Fantasyland- Cinderella's step sisters can be found at FairyTale Hall

• Tomorrowland- Stitch & Buzz Lightyear both make appearances on the stage just before Space Mountain

• A large variety characters can be seen at the railway station (just inside main street) including Mickey & friends, Pooh & friends, and many of the princesses.

Hollywood Studios:

• Galaxy's Edge- Chewbacca, Rey, Kylo Ren as well as Storm Troopers make appearances

EPCOT:

• Imagination pavilion- Joy & Pooh both make appearances

• UK pavilion- Mary Poppins & Alice
